摘要: Blooms of the dinoflagellate Alexandrium tamarense have become worldwide phenomena and detrimental impacts on aquatic ecosystems human health. In this study, a culture supernatant marine actinomycete BS01 exerted strong algicidal effect A. (ATGD98-006). The target algicide from was separated by adsorption chromatography identified MALDI-TOF-MS NMR analysis. results suggested that purified component corresponded to hydrophobic compound (2-isobutoxyphenyl)amine (C10H15NO) with molecular weight 165 Da, which exhibited significant (64.5%) tamarense. After incubation in 5 μg/mL for 24 h, algae lost mobility sank bottom flasks, 56.5% cells vitality at concentration 20 (p < 0.01) despite having intact cell profiles. Morphological analysis revealed structure altered resulting cytoplasm degradation loss organelle integrity. images following propidium iodide staining algal nucleus also severely damaged eventually degraded due exposure compound. All indicate might be candidate control bloom-forming
