摘要: Abstract Phosphorus nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy has been used to investigate the chemical nature of phosphorus atoms in bovine αs-casein. A satisfactory 31P spectrum can be obtained a sample containing 26% by weight protein 6.5 M urea. The average shift αs-casein is 221 ppm from PCl3 with standard deviation 1 over pH range 4 9. variations model compounds adenosine 5'-triphosphate, O-phosphoserine, creatine phosphate, reduced β-diphosphopyridine nucleotide, and sodium pyrophosphate fall into two categories: (a) shifts disubstituted or phosphodiester linkages remain essentially constant 9, whereas (b) for monoester compounds, there relatively large change (greater than ppm) as changes 3 i.e. phosphate group goes singly ionized doubly state. This difference (which expected priori considerations) suggests that may bonds, both, relation this type linkage structure its stability aqueous solution discussed.
