摘要: Abstract The surface structure and activity of catalytic systems based on niobium oxide supported titania were investigated. A series catalysts with Nb content up to 3.6 atoms/nm 2 was prepared by incipient wetness impregnation the support oxalate solutions. Characterization system X-ray diffraction (XRD) Raman spectroscopy studies did not show evidence formation. Surface analysis performed photoelectron (XPS), ion scattering (ISS), infrared spectroscopy. These results correlated Bronsted acidity determined in our previous study. direct correlation between abundance acid sites had been observed. Analysis showed a similar evolution for intensity band attributed polymerized NbO x .
