摘要: Host–guest and supramolecular chemistry can produce water-solubilization of fullerenes such as C60, C70, C60/70 derivatives by hydrophobic interactions, CH–π and/or π–π interactions. For materials biomedical applications, these water-soluble host–fullerene complexes must have the following important properties: (i) high solubility, (ii) stability, (iii) functionalization complex. These objectives be achieved selection appropriate host molecules, development novel solubilizing methods, synthesis functionalized molecules. This review describes introduction a variety molecules that solubilize in water. In addition, we describe applications complexes, particular using photoinduced energy- electron-transfer processes
