摘要: Abstract The present work compares different methodologies and experimental data in transient isothermal gas-liquid slug flows into a horizontal pipeline. Four cases are addressed: expansion compression of mixture due to the variation inlet gas superficial velocity assuming liquid constant varying fixing velocity. approximate Riemann solver based on Drift-Flux Model (DFM) proposed Santim Rosa (2016), simplifier Non-Pressure Wave (NPW) used MARLIM (Multiphase Flow Artificial Lift Modeling) Two-Fluid (TFM) making use OLGA® (OiL GAs simulator) tested against presented Dalla Maria (2016). Pressure void fraction trends for comparison. Furthermore pressure wave velocities also measured. main motivation is analyzing behavior solutions obtained by models, besides verify which presents better accuracy capability capture waves’ magnitude.
