摘要: CdS0.65Se0.35 nanoparticles are grown in a glass matrix by thermally annealing base material, which Cd, S, and Se were introduced diffusion. The starting material contains no crystalline structure. A comparative study of the confinement effects on annealed samples using photoluminescence, low-frequency Raman, optical Raman scattering experiments is presented. Growth observed with three independent experimental techniques as temperature varied from 550 to 800 °C. Radii calculated found be good agreement. In addition, surface phonon modes spectral range, frequencies agree well those theoretically. As expected theory, positions phonons particle size.
