摘要: Abstract Renewable ethanol and isopropanol were employed for lipid transesterification in wet microalgae cells to produce biodiesel with low crystallization temperature reduce the alcohol volume needed production. Decreased droplet size polarity observed after cells. Such decrease was beneficial extracting from apolar hexane. The effects of reaction temperature, time, on microwave-assisted investigated, results compared those methanol. Microwave-assisted isopropanol, which more miscible cells, resulted higher fatty acid alkyl ester (FAAE) yields than that methanol when lower 90 °C. volumes 95% FAAE yield only 75% volume. temperatures (0.19 °C −3.15 °C) biodiesels produced through (2.08 °C), favorable flow cold districts winter.
