Dependence of optical properties on the composition in Er3+-doped xNaPO3–(80 − x)TeO2–10ZnO–10Na2O glasses

摘要: Abstract Transparent and uniform tellurite–phosphate glasses were prepared the reason why substitution of NaPO 3 for P 2 O 5 can eliminate coloration was discussed. The result TDA indicated that introducing into tellurite improve thermal stability glass hosts. compositional dependence absorption cross-sections 4 I 13/2 , 11/2 H level, emission cross-section host phonon energy, up-conversion 1.5 μm optical intensity as well quantum yield level in PTEr investigated too. By analyzing obtained data, authors believe be used potential material developing amplifiers.
