摘要: The dc electrical resistance of films Ag and Al soot which consists fine particles has been measured between 1.5 300 K. specimens are prepared by the gas evaporation method. is constant in low temperature region, while it increases with above a certain point. By analyzing dependence resistance, Debye for \(\varTheta_{P}\) was estimated. It about 1/2∼2/3 that bulk metal size 150∼200A 3/4∼5/6 100∼300A.
