摘要: Dynamic kinetic resolution (DKR) has recently become not only an alternative to the traditional resolution, but also a new procedure for asymmetric synthesis. Enzymes are usually tools effect this methodology (DKR), although techniques have emerged through use of transition metal catalysis. All these methods need two supplementary steps: racemisation together with consecutive transformation. A breakthrough in area appeared powerful combination enzymatic and metal-catalysed racemisation. Thus, procedures efficient dynamic became available. This review covers concept resolutions emphasizing most representative examples as well developments area. Special effort been made show importance step whole transformation process.
