摘要: A brief review of the information available on technological means for reducing anthropogenic emissions greenhouse gases is provided. No assessment economic or institutional difficulties their implementation attempted. few cost figures are quoted where available, usually at single-unit, microeconomic level, and further aggregation data required to estimate global costs. Considerable additional analysis do latter, since simple summation micro-level will in general not correctly yield macro level It follows that no conclusions can be drawn from provided this paper as preferred, most effective strategies abating emission growths.
