摘要: An EPR study after room temperature γ-irradiation on potassium silicate glasses of two chemical compositions and different 17O 29Si isotopic enrichments has been carried out. Isochronal anneal experiments 17O-enriched samples have confirmed the model for trapped-hole center HC1 as comprising a trapped hole pure 2pπ orbital single nonbridging oxygen. Besides well known HC2 spectra, new resonances isolated identified due to three types oxygen-related defects (interstitial O2− ions; bonded glass network; interstitial ozonide ions O3−). Using 29Si-enriched samp simulations 370 G doublet demonstrated arise from an E'-like defect which tentative is given. The formation all these by irradiation depends composition glass.
