摘要: The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects a vertical ladder device for resistance exercises with or without electrical shock stimulus on muscle strength, body composition, limb volume, fibres and plasma lactate glycemia female mice. This is represented by electrostimulation. It analysed in groups C57BL/6 mice practicing spontaneous physical activity enriched environment, resisted climbing exercises, utility model question controls. acute blood dark light-box behaviour, short-term chronic fibre area, central light-dark quantification were verified. According findings, electrostimulation presented levels, similar other experimental models exercise activity. behaviour box test showed no difference between groups. Regarding response, best results obtained impact-stimulated resistive traction variables, greater brown adipose tissue weight, quadriceps femoral structure, weight number nuclei skeletal striated fibres. use prototype similarities adaptations expected training. However, new proposals should be encouraged, as data here are first notes model.
