摘要: This chapter reviews current literature on hormonal and neural signals critical for the regulation of individual meals body fat. Body weight is regulated via an ongoing process called energy homeostasis, or long-term matching food intake to expenditure. Reductions from individual’s “normal” due lack sufficient lowers levels adiposity (leptin insulin) reaching brain blood, activates anabolic hormones that stimulate intake, decreases efficacy meal-generated (such as cholecystokinin, CCK) normally reduce meal size. A converse sequence events happens when individuals gain weight: are increased, catabolic stimulated, consequence a reduction in normalization weight. The also functions “fuel sensor” thereby senses nutrients generates activation neuronal systems circuits regulate homeostasis. focuses how these received integrated by central nervous system.
