摘要: Some of the beneficial health effects green tea extract can be traced to ability certain constituents in regulate gene expression. For example, and major catechins have been shown induce a variety products related anti-oxidant or other protective functions. The full range genes that are activated by this pathway is still being explored, however, molecular mechanisms involved reasonably well characterized. In addition genes, number apoptosis also respond GTE, through both induction repression. It likely anti-proliferative/anti-cancer GTE may expressed, part, via mechanism. Finally, drug metabolism, particular, cytochrome P450 enzymes, regulated which implications for development chemoprentive strategies using GTE.
