摘要: The dependence of shear yield strain, the activation energy and volume transformation zone on glass transition temperature was investigated through analysis statistical distributions first pop-in events during spherical indentation four different thin film metallic glasses. Only Cu-Zr exhibits a bimodal distribution loads, whereas W-Ru-B, Zr-Cu-Ni-Al La-Co-Al glasses show an unimodal distribution. Results that strain decrease increases with increasing homologous temperature, indicating it is rather than controls strain. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
