摘要: To establish a novel process for the economical production of citric acid from n-paraffins by yeast, attempts were made to obtain some mutant strains capable producing in higher yield without (+)-isocitric acid.From among derived Candida lipolytica ATCC 20114, which produced and ratio about 60:40 n-paraffins, citrate non-utilizing strain, K-20, fluoroacetate-sensitive strain , S-22, selected on basis high low productivity.The S-22 showed extremely poor growth medium containing sodium as sole carbon source sensitivity fluoroacetate. The was changed 97:3, charged fermentation medium, reached 145%(w/w).
