摘要: The growing interest in the bioactivity of natural polyphenols and their metabolites requires pure to be used bioassays as standards analytical protocols. We report here synthesis all five resveratrol sulfates achieved using a known approach selective protection via silyl ether sulfation but new reaction conditions isolation procedures, which result simplified protocols greatly improved yields. A rationale for problems so far encountered handling isolating is provided well solution based on avoidance low pressure during purification/isolation. These conclusions are probably more general scope might usefully taken into consideration obtaining other phenolic high yield.
