摘要: Laboratory experiments were carried out to assess the water purification and antimicrobial properties of Moringa oleifera (MO). Hence different concentrations (25 300 mg/L) prepared from a salt (1 M NaCl) extract MO fine powder applied natural surface whose turbidity levels ranged 50 450 NTU. The parameters determined before after coagulation turbidity, pH, colour, hardness, iron, manganese Escherichia coli . showed that removal is influenced by initial since lowest 83.2% was observed at 50 NTU, whilst highest 99.8% obtained Colour followed same trend as turbidity. pH exhibited slight variations through coagulation. hardness very low (0 15%). However, high removals achieved for iron (90.4% 100%) (93.1% 100%). E. 96.0%. Its associated with removal. optimum dosages 150 mg/L (50 NTU 150 NTU) 125 mg/L rest values.
