摘要: Abstract The overall adhesion of carbon nanotubes to the surrounding matrix in polymer based composite materials was improved by forming polar groups on their surfaces and modifying surface morphology. For this, two kinds low-pressure plasma reactors with different gases, flow rates, pressures powers were used. Especially uppermost layers subject our investigation. X-Ray photoelectron spectroscopy used characterize efficiency treatment. results obtained this method represent only an average value a more or less large assemblage nanotubes. It turns out that thicknesses these approximately 1–2 nm after some minutes oxygen treatment could not be enlarged further mainly consist hydroxide, carbonyl carboxyl groups.
