摘要: The results obtained by us on the ultraviolet absorption and fluorescence spectra of adenine guanine partially those 8-azaguanine 8-bromoguanine have been discussed interpreted with help molecular orbital calculations. Effects oxygenation nitrogenation possible tautomerisations molecules induced oxygen UV irradiation mainly subjects interest. Oscillations observed in aqueous solutions under terms tautomerisation molecule following its slow complexation dissolved oxygen. This DNA may cause lethal damage to biological systems including carcinogenesis.
