摘要: Abstract We obtained direct evidence of intervalence charge transfer (IVCT) in Ca 1− x Sr TiO 3 :Pr 3+ ( =0, 0.3, 0.5, 0.8, and 1) by a photocurrent excitation (PCE) measurement, proposed mechanism the persistent luminescence based on results PCE measurements. The spectra all samples showed two bands UV range due to band-to-band IVCT transitions. With increasing content, , host bandgap energy decreased monotonically from 3.59 3.23 eV, increased 3.20 3.38 eV. Pr : H 4 → P J transitions blue region were observed only with 0.5 relative intensity . Based temperature dependence sample thermally assisted photoionization process was indicated under excitation. Red 0.3 showing trap depth 0.48–0.35 eV, which estimated thermoluminescence measurement. afterglow electron moving through conduction band evidenced similar quenching behavior both spectra. difference processes among band-to-band, excitations discussed.
