摘要: Marek's disease virus (MDV), the causative agent of (MD), results in highly infectious phymatosis, lymphatic tissue hyperplasia, and neoplasia. MD is associated with high morbidity mortality rate. Non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) entails long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) microRNA (miRNA). Numerous studies have reported that specific miRNAs lncRNAs participate multiple cellular processes, such as proliferation, migration, tumor cell invasion. Specialized militate a similar role oncogenesis. Despite its growing popularity, only few reviews are available on ncRNA MDV oncogenes. Herein, we summarized tumorigenesis. Altogether, brought forth research issues, prevention, screening, regulatory network formation, novel miRNAs, analysis needs to be explored further. This review provides theoretical platform for further functions prevention control malignancies domestic animals.
