摘要: Two enzymes which hydrolyze the artificial substrate o-nitro-phenyl-β-D-galactopyranoside are produced by Neurospora. These precipitate at widely different concentrations of ammonium sulfate and differ with respect to induction, pH optima, sedimentation, thermal stability.
