摘要: Evaluation in environmental education is fairly nascent despite decades-long attention to its importance. In setting the context for future chapters appearing this special issue of Journal and Program Planning, devoted political circumstances associated with retrenchment public sector increased involvement citizens issues their regions. It further nested potential reforms a stable market democracy where but one strategy that can be bundled regulations taxes/subsidies. Additional directed explaining many key evaluation theories--utilization-focused evaluation, evaluative capacity building, program-theory driven evaluation.
