摘要: Abstract In this paper the problem is considered of a vehicle, with bounded speed and capability instantaneous turns, that tries to escape from circular region (such as radar) attached pursuer who has magnitude acceleration, but direct acceleration in any direction instantaneously. The central question under what circumstances, i.e. for which parameter values initial conditions, can keep vehicle (also called evader) forever surveillance. A subset state space will be given where evader cannot escape. three-dimensional analogies famous isotropic rocket game treated by Isaacs Bernhard. efforts locate (permanent) surveillance described phenomena associated region, such barriers, envelope leaking corners, well correlation homicidal chauffer game, discussed.
