摘要: Mobile phones and Wi-Fi radiofrequency radiation are among the main sources of exposure general population to electromagnetic fields (RF-EMF). Previous studies have shown that microorganisms RF-EMFs can be associated with a wide spectrum changes ranged from modified bacterial growth alterations pattern antibiotic resistance. Our laboratory at nonionizing department Ionizing Non-ionizing Radiation Protection Research Center has performed experiments on health effects animal models humans different such as cellular phones, mobile base stations, phone jammers, laptop computers, radars, dentistry cavitrons, magnetic resonance imaging, Helmholtz coils. On other hand, we previously studied aspects challenging issue ionizing or radiation-induced in susceptibility antibiotics. In this study, assessed if 900 MHz GSM 2.4 GHz emitted common routers alters The pure cultures Listeria monocytogenes Escherichia coli were exposed generated either by simulator router. It is also within narrow level irradiation (an window) makes resistant This adaptive phenomenon its potential threats human should further investigated future experiments. Altogether, findings study showed RF significantly alter inhibition zone diameters rate for L E coli. These may implications management serious infectious diseases.
