摘要: Microwrinkles were formed by treating poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) surfaces with a mixture of concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric at 80 °C followed water rinsing step. The treatment oxidized the treated area, which also swelled owing to absorption during This induced compressive stress on PDMS surface that caused formation wrinkles. appearance wrinkles was controlled time interval between end beginning Wrinkles when shorter than 5 s, as absorbed hygroscopic molecules within surface. For longer intervals 300 this phenomenon not observed. Based these findings, procedure for forming in specific areas developed hydrating chosen wet filter paper cut into shapes after treatment. confined area under piece paper. orientation alignment boundaries characterized. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
