摘要: Abstract Background: High-dose irradiation is the cornerstone treatment of bone cancers pelvic rim. To protect small bowel from and following consequences, we described laparoscopic use sigmoid to perform a hammock. Materials Methods: Three patients were diagnosed with metastatic Ewing's sarcoma, localized malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor, BCOR-CCNB3 (Ewing-like) sarcoma rim at 13.1, 5.7, 12.9 years, respectively. After neoadjuvant chemotherapy, 2 female underwent hemisacrectomy under S2 only by posterior approach, whereas no orthopedic surgery was required for male patient because excellent local response chemotherapy. A 54-Gy intensity-modulated radiotherapy part pelvis intended all patients.
