摘要: Experimental data promising exciting possibilities for quantum tunneling in multilayers and heterostructures with ferromagnetic semiconductors are comprehensively surveyed the first time. The practical utilization of two- or single-particle such structures gives impetus to spectroscopy ferromagnetically ordered materials and, based on spin filtering, magnetic-field-shaped volt-ampere characteristics, some other salient features structures, paves way a new generation unconventional solid-state micromagnetoelectronic cryogenic devices, including those operated millimeter submillimeter wavelength ranges.
