摘要: Abstract The ability of compassion felt toward one person to reduce punishment directed at another was examined. use a staged interaction in which individual cheats earn higher compensation than others resulted heightened third-party being the cheater. However, among participants who were induced feel separate individual, cheater disappeared even though clearly intended cheat and showed no remorse for doing so. Moreover, additional analyses revealed that reduction directly mediated by amount experienced individual.
