摘要: r s d b THORACIC AORTIC ANEURYSM causing compression of the trachea and main bronchus is rare. Repair horacoabdominal aortic aneurysm usually facilitated by se one-lung ventilation (OLV) using either a double-lumen ndobroncheal tube (DLT) or bronchial blocker through ormal endotracheal tube. However, trahea right mainstem may preclude use LT OLV. The authors report patient with aneuysmal bronhus undergoing thoracic repair in which intraopertive was managed high-frequency jet entilation (HFJV).
