摘要: We address the problem of recommending suitable jobs to people who are seeking a new job. formulate this recommendation as supervised machine learning problem. Our technique exploits all past job transitions well data associated with employees and institutions predict an employee's next transition. train model using large number extracted from publicly available employee profiles in Web. Experiments show that can be accurately predicted, significantly improving over baseline always predicts most frequent institution data.
