It not possible disentangle effects financial incentives as one element schemes, there very limited evidence per se having an effect. can have unintended effects. Conclusion When are used, they should be designed carefully, including level at which targeted, choice targets indicators, type magnitude incentives, proportion paid based results, ancillary components scheme. For effective, it must appropriate interventions, capacity support available. monitored evaluated using rigorous study designs.
