摘要: Rationale: The relationship between organ failure during critical illness and long-term survival is uncertain, especially among intensive care unit (ICU) survivors.Objectives: To describe the individual failures, total burden, mortality 5 years after an episode of illness.Methods: We studied a cohort sequential admissions to 10 Scottish ICUs (n = 872).
