摘要: Abstract In this paper, a chemo-thermal-mechanical coupled constitutive model is proposed for CMCs in an oxidizing environment. For ceramic matrix, the initiation and evolution of micro-cracks are described by damage model. The diffusion coefficient O2 molecules matrix modelled as function factor based on simplifying assumption actual physical processes. reinforcement materials, oxidation reaction taken into account, degree-dependent orthotropic adopted. Furthermore, corresponding finite element calculation procedure developed Galerkin method Newton-Raphson iteration scheme. Then, examples, failure problems SiC-coated C fibre monofilament representative volume cell (RVC) C/SiC composites, process specimens, studied depth.
