摘要: The free-radical degradation and antioxidant activity of polysaccharide from Tremella fuciformis was investigated. In present study, the combination Fe(2+), ascorbic acid H2O2 used as regents in order to obtain lower molecular weight product. result ascertained oxidative-reduce did not change main structure polysaccharides test conditions. Five degraded were selected evaluate their activities vitro. It found that sample with possessed higher activities. possible is an effective way for enhancing decrease polysaccharides.
