摘要: ANOVA-simultaneous component analysis (ASCA) is a recently developed tool to analyze multivariate data. In this paper, we enhance the explorative capability of ASCA by introducing projection observations on principal subspace visualize variation among measurements. We compare significance experimental effects for and ANOVA-principal (PCA), similar explore data, using permutation tests. Furthermore, quantify quality loadings estimate obtained with ANOVA-PCA.
