摘要: Activation of the innate immune response involves recognition infectious agent and subsequent activation cellular humoral reactions. In insects, a number immunity genes are activated at level transcription leading to synthesis antimicrobial peptides. Genetic analyses in Drosophila have identified several signal transduction pathways that promote these genes. Recent data suggest insect system is able discriminate between bacterial fungal infection, responds by higher levels appropriate peptides repel infection.
