摘要: ABSTRACT Objectives: The prevalence of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, and obesity in developing countries was high regardless the socioeconomic status, whereas awareness control these metabolic disorders were inadequate. aim to compare cardiovascular risk based on numbers among lower subjects. Methods: study done with analytical cross-sectional method. subjects selected cluster random sampling from four villages. We included 30-65 years old signed informed consent but excluded who had not fasted for 8-10 hrs. analyzed parameters groups ANOVA statistics, difference between actual heart vascular age (HVA) paired t-test, change six radar diagram. Results: eligible (n=222) comprised 0-4 at 25.2%, 33.8%, 28.8%, 9.9%, 1.8%, respectively; 50.1±9.0 years; body mass index (BMI) 24.1±4.8 kg/m2; blood pressure (BP) 141.6±23.4/82.8±11.7 mmHg; fasting sugar (FBS) 98.7±37.4 mg/dL; total high-density lipoprotein cholesterol 201.0±37.9 55.1±12.7 Framingham score 11.4±8.9% (referred as medium risk); HVA 13.2±13.0 (p<0.05). Increasing lead higher BP, FBS, cholesterol, score, (p<0.05) excluding BMI disorder subgroup. Conclusion: above normal BMI, profiles. average age, likely increase equivalent disorders.
