摘要: This review provides a general overview of preparation, separation, and analytical methods for cello- xylooligosaccharides. Arising as side-stream products different biorefinery processes, these compounds have increasingly gained the interest researchers engineers in last few decades. Beside their application additives food, feed, pharmaceutical industries, oligomeric carbohydrates are key importance model studying dependence physicochemical properties on degree polymerization (DP). First, preparation mixtures oligosaccharides with DPs between 1 30 discussed. These include acetolysis, acid enzymatic hydrolysis, glycoside synthesis. Then, separation techniques, including size exclusion chromatography, normal phase hydrophilic interaction chromatography cation exchange resins, presented. Analysis by techniques is described.
