The rat interleukin 10 receptor: cloning and sequencing of cDNA coding for the alpha-chain protein sequence, and demonstration by western blotting of expression in the rat brain.

摘要: cDNA coding for the alpha chain of rat interleukin 10 (IL-10) receptor was amplified by polymerase reaction (PCR), cloned and sequenced. The nucleic acid sequence exhibited 88% 68% homology with mouse human IL-10 sequences, respectively. translated protein 83% 61% proteins. Specific antibodies were raised to extracellular domain expressed as a secreted in recombinant Drosophila S2 cells. Western blotting using these demonstrated presence five major regions brain (cortex, cerebellum, hippocampus, hypothalamus pituitary), supporting role central regulator inflammation.
