摘要: A computational procedure for predicting the buoyant plume above a line fire in cross wind is reported. The present model takes into account interaction between and surrounding flow by solving two-dimensional equations conservation of mass, momentum, energy. Fields velocity temperature are predicted along with trajectory width different speeds. This can be used to evaluate impact wildland upon vegetation such as crown scorch, burning brands trajectory, smoke or ash dispersal.
