摘要: Abstract Existing water resources are under stress due to increasing demands associated with population and economic growth as well the effects of climate change which can reduce available supply increase demand. Alternative sources such stormwater harvesting treated wastewater being considered in many cities supplement existing supplies. Stormwater schemes that systems complex they consist an integrated set components perform functions collection, storage, treatment, distribution discharge. Many options possible sizes exist for each component. Furthermore, selection evaluation need consider economic, environmental social criteria, technical feasibility. In order deal this complexity, framework is presented assists authorities determining if preferable other and, so, what type scheme best.
