摘要: Summary In order to introduce new antioxidant and antidepressant compounds study the relation between structure effect of bupropion, we investigated effects its analogues (A-D). The were using forced swimming test in mice. Taking previous studies into consideration, doses 2.5, 5, 10, 15, 20 mg/kg bupropion selected injected intraperitoneally male BALB/c mice at three different times 23.5, 1 hours before main test. Only dose 15 mg/kg, reduced significantly duration immobility (p< 0.05). Analogue A all other than 2.5 analogue B mg/ kg, C (it had most mg/kg) D only showed significant on immobility. To differentiate locomotor activity effects, open field was used. this test, increased total locomotion Finally, results that compound comparison with bupropion. Regarding analogues, contains cyclic piperidine which has probably produced a better effect. tested also good DPPH Radical-Scavenging Activity. Compound activity. Its IC 50 63 ± 2.1 mg ml -1 .
