摘要: Abstract Oocysts of Neospora caninum were collected from the faeces a dog fed mouse brains containing tissue cysts NC-beef strain N. . Sporulated oocysts spherical to subspherical, and 11.7×11.3 μ m. The length/width ratio was 1.04. No micropyle or oocyst residuum present. Polar granules not present, although occasionally tiny refractile seen among sporocysts. Sporocysts ellipsoidal, did contain Stieda body, 8.4×6.1 for sporocysts 1.37. A subspherical sporocyst composed cluster small, compact 4.3×3.9 m, represented by many dispersed similar size. Sporozoites elongate 7.0–8.0×2.0–3.0 m in situ. bodies present nucleus centrally slightly posteriorly located. features are those Hammondia heydorni Toxoplasma gondii hammondi cat faeces.
