摘要: A sensitive double antibody sandwich ELISA (DAS-ELISA) based on chicken anti-gliadin IgY and biotinylated monoclonal (mAb) was developed for the quantification of gliadin in foods. The mAb specifically detected wheat, barley, rye by indirect Western-blot assay. Using as capture detecting antibody, sensitivity DAS-ELISA has a linear standard range 4-40 ng/mL, showing that limit detection (LOD) corresponds to 4 ng/mL assay buffer, equivalent 0.8 ppm intra-assay expressed percentage coefficients variation (%CV) 7.25% average six food samples. interassay precision 9.51% combination provides reliable, sensitive, inexpensive tool gluten-free gluten-containing products.
