摘要: The use of e-learning in training courses has been expanding, particularly areas related to management. However, no previous studies have examined the applicability aimed at developing new entrepreneurs. This study employed popular "World Cafe" forum a course on preparation business plans hosted by Taiwanese government. results demonstrate that this approach can significant positive effect ability participants write plans. In addition, adoption transformational leadership style table leaders tends foster sense trust within team and aid achievement goals. It was also discovered cases where is lacking, transactional be more effective than promotion learning performance.
