摘要: Introduction: Connecting the emission of radiation from a contaminated body region with dose received by radio-sensitive tissue, specific absorbed fraction (SAF) energy is an essential element internal assessment. Here reported set fractions calculated using male and female reference computational phantoms recently published International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP). This work was performed simultaneously at Helmholtz Zentrum Munchen (HMGU, Germany) IRSN (France) for quality assurance purpose. The results were then compared to SAF values mathematic phantoms.
