摘要: Arrythmias are common during the initial ten minutes following onset of acute myocardial ischaemia. Early changes in electrolyte concentrations ischemic heart muscle and plasma perfusing adjacent normal may be important to genesis arrhythmias a prime cause sudden death. Ionic alterations ischaemic tissue also contributory factor occurring later (say after three hours) progression infarct.
